Practice Session Opening & Closing
Start your practice with the opening by vibrating 3 times the sound HO.
Finish your practice with the closing by vibrating 3 times the sound HEY.
Vibrate the mantra.
Repeat 3 times.
Morning Practice 1 - 12 Minutes Exercise (7 Minutes for beginners)
Inhale backwards and exhale forwards.
Arms and fists parallel, same shoulders width.
Push your arms backwards beyond the shoulders.
You must feel your shoulder blades getting closer.
Morning Practice 2 - 33 Minutes Meditation (17 Minutes for beginners)
Vibrate the sound HO-HO-HOUYAM.
Hug yourself with your hands on your shoulders.
Brings joy into you and cleans your atmosphere (your house...) of any harmful frequency.
Evening Practice 1 - 12 Minutes Exercise (7 Minutes for beginners)
Shoulders rotation backwards.
Arms straight. Respect parallelism and push backwards without moving the chest.
You will have a very strong aura and breakthrough in everything you do.
Evening Practice 2 - 33 Minutes Meditation (17 minutes for beginners)
Vibrate the sound HOALLAH.
Elbows close to the ribs.
Forearms parallel in front of the chest.
Palms facing each other.
Opens accesses inside and outside of you and changes the atmosphere where you live.
