For added safety, each coil is equipped with a sensor that will automatically cycle the element off if it reaches dangerous flashpoint temperatures. Heating will resume automatically. All cooking controls are located upfront on push-to-turn knobs for safe and easy use. Indicator lights illuminate when the oven is in use. </p><p>The RE2031B features a large 2.3 cu. ft. oven made from durable porcelain, with two adjustable racks. The waist-high broiler is conveniently located inside, letting you finish your cooking without transferring contents to an inconvenient drop-down compartment on the floor. </p><p>The RE2031B comes in a black exterior finish with a color-matched handle and knobs.
